A DESIGNING PROCESS IS A COLLECTIVE CHALLENGE
The act of purchasing a designer competence is more than buying a pretty picture on a designer's catalog. A designing process is a pathway in which two partners having two different cultural identities, are getting together to invent something which is really new and adapted to the company's needs. This cannot come up without communication between partners. The creative process must be a collective challenge. The first step of this creative process is the writing of the specification. It is a crucial moment.
